The Streaming Video Servers can send several different quality (speed) video streams. Which one gets sent is determined by the "Maximum Connection Speed" setting in your Player Preferences.

If you experience video playback with pauses and interruptions, try setting your "Maximum Connection Speed" Preference a little lower.
